LAS VEGAS – Allure Las Vegas, the tallest residential building in the city, recently opened three new model units at the 41-story high-rise luxury condominium. Decorated and furnished by noted interior design firm Rhonda Lanier Interiors, the model units offer current and future residents a complete living experience at Allure.
"With the completion of the detail on the new models, there is an instant warmth and feeling of home," said Alan Schachtman, Senior Vice President of Development and Principal of the Fifield Companies. "Having these fully furnished models creates a stunning atmosphere that allows potential buyers to visualize themselves living in these residences. In addition, current home owners can garner great decorating ideas from our very talented interior designer, Rhonda Lanier."
Each of the three model units and floor plans demonstrate the quality of living at Allure. Every residence has standard features such as floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious balconies and sound attenuation between residences, as well as furnished kitchens with European-style cherry cabinets, Italian porcelain tile flooring, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The1,297-square-foot two bedroom model residence offers breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip from the 21st floor. The floor plan of this model is especially popular because of the classic split layout, where the bedrooms flank the living space making it conducive to guests and privacy.
The interior design of this unit reflects the high style of Las Vegas and is consistent with the Art Deco fashion of the building. The mood is set with rich chocolate and copper brown accent colors. Complementary creamy colors act as a contrast to further accentuate the copper. The kitchen area features zebra wood cabinets with bold black and copper Caesar Stone countertops. The living room is accentuated by a floor-to-ceiling custom entertainment center and an original piece of art made exclusively for the model by artist Laddie Dill.
The three bedroom model home features more than 1,784 square feet of living space and three balconies. The use of minimal colors and straight lines complement the architecture and views. Suspended shelves which are reminiscent of a gallery showcase the art and a variety of eclectic furnishings make the residence visually stunning.
"This space is exciting in that there is a lot to see and feel," said Lanier, owner of Rhonda Lanier Interiors. "It is definitely a great space for entertaining or to just relax on the patio after dinner for a colorful sunset."
The 1,052-square-foot one bedroom model offers dramatic views to the north. The design of this unit has become extremely popular with purchasers at Allure because of an additional room that can function as an office, den or dining room.
"My vision for this floor plan was contemporary upscale luxury," said Lanier. "I really wanted to play off of the amazing views and further enhance the natural beauty of the surroundings. The color palette I chose reflects a very peaceful and serene feeling."
Lanier chose to utilize cool silver with a rich gray hue and a subtle sea green blue for the color scheme. Keeping the view as a primary focus, luxurious fabrics and tone on tone rugs harmonize with the space. Furniture in this residence is custom finished in a silver and gray. To add an element of whimsy to the overall design, the unit features some unique Lucite pieces. A custom bar with smoked mirrors, custom floating shelves and a mirrored wall create even more open space and reflect the views. According to Lanier, lighting also plays a dramatic role in the design of this residence. She utilized silver with crystals, silver with metal or silver with glass.
